Khushvakht Sharifzoda Visits the Self-Financing City Coloproctology Center

To closely assess the delivery of healthcare services to the public and further improve the quality and accessibility of medical care, the leadership of the Dushanbe City Health Department regularly conducts working visits to healthcare institutions across the capital.

For this purpose, on 21 July, the Head of the Dushanbe City Health Department, Khushvakht Sharifzoda, visited the State Institution “Self-Financing City Coloproctology Center” of the Dushanbe City Health Department to review the provision of medical services.

During the visit, Mr. Sharifzoda inspected the quality of healthcare services, the activities of the center's departments, and the condition of its medical equipment.

While meeting with patients and their relatives, the Head of the Dushanbe City Health Department emphasized the continued attention and support provided by the country's leadership, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Executive Authority of Dushanbe in safeguarding public health.

He also spoke with patients' family members and inquired about their assessment of the quality and standard of the medical services provided.

As part of the visit, Khushvakht Sharifzoda, together with the management of the medical institution, discussed several important healthcare issues, including patient monitoring, compliance with sanitary and hygiene regulations, prevention of infectious diseases, the ethics of communication between medical personnel and patients, and other key aspects of healthcare service delivery.
