Commencement of the State Visit to Mongolia

On 20 July, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, arrived in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on a state visit.

The reception area of the international airport was festively decorated with the national flags of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mongolia.

At Ulaanbaatar International Airport, the distinguished guest — President Emomali Rahmon — was warmly welcomed by Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs Battsetseg Batmunkh and other high-ranking officials.

In accordance with the official protocol for state visits, a red carpet was laid at the foot of the aircraft stairs, while an honor guard was lined up on both sides.

The welcoming ceremony was further enhanced by the participation of a group of Mongolian youth dressed in traditional national attire, who greeted the distinguished guest in keeping with the country's longstanding traditions of hospitality.
